An absurdist dark comedy about the lies we make ourselves believe for our own “happiness”, and the lengths people will go to maintain those facades. Over the course of a wedding day, the yarn begins to unravel as people get more and more drunk–unable (or unwilling) to hide their true feelings. The Bride is a rage-filled, insecure narcissist who none of her friends can stand. The Groom is more concerned with having to leave his Mother on his wedding night than being with his betrothed. The rest of the Bridal party survives the day by taking bets to see how long this train wreck of a marriage will last. What a beautiful wedding, indeed.
